It took us over 30 days to try and get the ripples out of this rug, including the advise from the seller. We were not successful! Unfortunately, we passed our 30 day of return policy, while we were trying to fix their product! Oh, I mean I can still return the rug...for $45 shipping fee - the rug only cost $40 plus shipping. This ripples in the rug are so bIg they are dangerous. Plus, the rug isn't even around all 4 sides. IT IS NOT A "QUALITY RUG".The quality is pretty good for the price.I loved the rug , it is really packed well easy to open and was really happy with the product. it is really really a good product to buy without any fearI gave it away. I did buy from the same company another set of rugs . I like the style and these rugs look like quality when on the floor I would not recommend the black though shows every bit of dirtLooks really nice and crisp online but the actual rug pattern is very sloppy.
